Anything in the ONLINE ONLY category is NOT currently on the sales floor in our physical shop. Here’s a few possible ways to get ’em:

Use Add To Cart and buy the item(s) and choose to have it shipped to your address.

BUY & PICK UP
Use Add To Cart, buy the item(s) and use the “Local Pickup” option. We’ll contact you when we’ve got your items ready (beginning of the next business day).
or
RESERVE & PICK UP
Use Add To Cart and use the “Local Pickup + Pick Up & Pay” options to NOT pay any money (yet). We’ll contact you when we’ve got your items ready (beginning of the next business day). You’re free to try things on at that time, and if they’re not right for you, we’ll just cancel the unpaid order. More on “Pick Up and Pay” here…

CALL US UP
OR call us 604-327-7433 during open hours, and let us know you’d like to drop by and look at a particular item. As soon as we have a moment, one of us will fetch the item into the store, and when you arrive you can have a look at it and see if it’s right for you. If you’ve made an online order and NEED it same day, follow up with a call, and we’ll do our very best to get it for you fast.

GAMBLE
If you’re a gambling sort, just drop in any old time and ask us for that item. But know that it’s not in the store, we don’t always have extra staff on, and we can’t leave the shop unattended, so this method may result in disappointment.
